Dear NBTKD students and parents,
Just a quick reminder that we will have a sparring class on Sunday 1st of March.
- 11:00-12:00: All adults and juniors – technical class
- 12:00-13:00: All adults and juniors – sparring class
The sparring class is open to all students.
Please bring full sparring kit if you have it – including mouth guard!
A t-shirt (instead of dobok top) can be worn in the sparring class.
There is no additional cost.
